An agenda packet containing detailed information on the items listed below is distributed to the County Judge, Commissioners, and County Clerk the Friday preceding the meeting. Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 and the Burnet County commissioners court rules of decorum, any person may make comment on any item not appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be deliberated on by the Commissioners Court during this Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person. Public comment for items listed on this agenda will be heard when the agenda is called.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding identifying the best qualified vendor for RFQ 26-4090-02 for transportation planning and Capital Improvement Plan and Program (CIPP) Development, in an amount not to exceed $150,000: (Wilson)
a. Interview GLS;
b. Interview American Structurepoint;
c. Select the best qualified vendor on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform the services; and
d. Authorize the County Judge to negotiate a fair and reasonable price and award and enter a contract with the identified best qualified vendor.

a. Discuss confidential attorney-client legal matters, anticipated litigation and other legal matters pertaining to Burnet County's response to Bell County East to Big Hill 765kV Transmission Project including legal analysis and applicability of Chapter 391, Local Government Code.
