Our Mission Statement: The mission of Burnet County is to maintain overall efficient and effective management of county resources while providing the services mandated by state and federal law and desired by the citizens of Burnet County.

Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 and the Burnet County commissioners court rules of decorum, any person may make comment on any item not appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be deliberated on by the Commissioners Court during this Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person. Public comment for items listed on this agenda will be heard when the agenda item is called.

Discuss, consider and take apprpriate action concerning the preliminary plat approval for Split Rock Subdivision, a private subdivision consisting of 2 lots on 6.34 acres located at 4220 FM 2342. (Luther)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to designate 110 CR 250, Burnet, Texas 78611, as the future location of the Burnet County Tax Assessor-Collector's Office for the purpose of authorizing the State of Texas to complete the necessary system connections and other required resources to support operations at that location. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to authorize expending up to $300,000 from Capital Outlay – Buildings, fund 710-6895-5300, to support the construction, purchase of temporary buildings, and other costs related to relocate the Tax Assessor-Collector, Public Defender's Office, County Clerk's Office, County Court at Law, and other offices in preparation for Courthouse renovations. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to request the designated Burnet County Records Manager to review and update all Texas State Library and Archives Commission contact information for elected officials and to provide guidance on ongoing records management issues. (Wilson)
